Doug Van Dyke, CEO of Leadership SimplifiedStrategic Planning for Success
As we continue our breakout performances during 2015 it is paramount to stay focused on powerful goals. In the process, being clear about our mission and vision makes sense. Identifying core values feeds into driving a business model that delivers world-class results. During this program you will set meaningful goals for the remainder of 2015. In addition, you will be clear on what separates a mission from a vision, and how to lead according to organizational values. You will scrap your business plan in favor of a business model. If you want to up your game and have some fun in the process, then this program is for you!
